Job description
As a QA Specialist, you will work with a widely certified quality management system that includes GMP, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 22716. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality Assurance department’s operations.

Your responsibilities include:
- inspecting and approving raw materials and packaging materials
- sampling and analyzing raw materials and packaging materials
- preparing and maintaining specifications for raw materials and packaging materials
- developing and maintaining SOPs, work, and other quality management system instructions
- sampling related to environmental monitoring, as well as water sampling
- participating in audits of own area of responsibility
In your position, you work as a part of our quality assurance team. You will cooperate closely with the production and procurement departments as well.
To succeed in this role, you need
- experience in quality assurance functions (QA/QC)
- experience in sampling or inspection activities
- experience in laboratory analysis is considered an advantage
- a proactive attitude, a desire to learn and develop operations
- fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- the ability to use electronic information systems
- self-initiation, planning, accuracy, diligence, and interpersonal skills
